If you just signed up for Shadow, when you login to the app you may get an invalid mail or password message.
Confirm Shadow is activated
Once you've subscribed to Shadow, it can take some time to allocate your resources and install Windows. When Shadow is set up and ready to go, we'll send you an email stating your Shadow is activated.
Activation normally happens quickly, but a high volume of subscribers can delay activation up to 5 days. Rest assured, your billing cycle does not start until Shadow has been activated.
