If you encounter the message "Your device does not seem able to run Shadow properly. Please contact support" when you launch the Windows app, this mean your computer cannot properly decode the video flux.
This might be due a computer component on your local device that is incompatible to run with Shadow.
To help us find a solution, please contact the Shadow support with a DxDiag.
The dxdiag file is imperative for our Support heroes to find the cause and therefore will be able to provide you a solution swiftly!
