What are the conditions needed to use Shadow?
In order to get the most out of Shadow, there are three conditions:

Location: live in the UK or CA.
Connection: Have a connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
Use: For personal use.

Can I use my Shadow everywhere?
You can use your services on the go with Windows, macOS and Android applications that allow you to access your services anywhere. The only prerequisite is to have a good working internet connection.

When will I receive my activation email?
The activation time of your Shadow computer can be a matter of hours. However, depending on the number of subscriptions, this time can reach up to 5 business days. Rest assured that we are working hard to provide you with access to your computer as quickly as possible.
Once your account is ready, you will receive an activation email that will invite you to login to your applications using the username and password that was used to create an account. A confirmation code will be sent to you by email for your first connection - remember to check your junk mail!

When will I receive my Shadow box?
After you have placed your box order, you will receive an email within a day from our carrier. This will include a tracking number that you can use to check the delivery status. Once this email is sent, the box will be delivered to you within 5 business days, provided of course that the delivery information is correct and within the limits of available stock. If it turns out that we are missing details from you, we will contact you directly.
